Yes, every SS President's Club inductee can invite one guest.  Your guest should be a spouse, significant other, sibling or best friend.  It should be someone that is an important part of your life.

All RSVP's must be received by February 25th!  Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot on the June trip.

We ask that you please do not book your flights on your own. Jayne Mincarelli will be booking all attendee flights. Please contact Jayne with any flight booking questions at JMincarelli@salterspiralstair.com

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

Yes, please email Info@executivegrouptravel.com with extension requests.  SS has negotiated a discounted room rate and if available you will be able to secure that for the extension.  

[fa icon="plus-square"] What should I pack?

This is a casual trip so pack accordingly.  The weather in Florida in June is right around 90 degrees, so think beach chic. All restaurants on property have a resort casual dresscode.

 

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are the precautions the Hyatt is taking against Covid?

We will continue to monitor state and local Covid-19 regulations and mandates as they are constantly changing.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided?

We will be providing group transfers to and from the airport on group dates. Stay tuned as we are finalizing the details due to changing Covid-19 requirements.

There will be two options.

1.  Download the Travefy app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to flight details to airport transfer information!

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
