[fa icon="plus-square"] Can we bring a guest?
Yes, every SS President's Club inductee can invite one guest.  Your guest should be a spouse, significant other, sibling or best friend.  It should be someone that is an important part of your life.  Remember the property is adults-only so guest must be 21 and over.
[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All RSVP's must be received by January 6th!  Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot on the February trip.

 

 

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

SS will book your flights, please stay tuned for a follow up email regarding flight details once you qualify.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

Yes, please email Info@executivegrouptravel.com with extension requests.  SS has negotiated a discounted room rate and if available you will be able to secure that for the extension.   The rates are $618 for double occupancy per night for pre or post extension.  Keep in mind this property is all-inclusive and all guests have upgraded rooms.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What should I pack?

This is a casual trip so pack accordingly.  For dinners think golf shirts and sun dresses.  There are no restaurants that require long pants so shorts are acceptable.  In the evenings the weather can cool down so we recommend a shawl or cardigan.

 

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can we drink the water on property? or bottled water only?
Unico 2087 will filter all ice on property and water in the restaurants so you may drink that freely.  We recommend using the bottled water provided to brush your teeth in the rooms to be safe.  You can always request additional bottled water in your room.
[fa icon="plus-square"] Will SS provide airport transport in Mexico

Yes. When you arrive to Cancun airport, please proceed through customs then pick up luggage and pass through immigration. Please follow signs towards the exit and make sure you completely exit the airport before looking for your transfer. It will be outside the airport, not inside. Please look for the SS Industries sign held by Amstar DMC once you exit the airport. They will be wearing blue Hawaiian shirts and khaki pants.

Upon arrival, when you pass through immigration, please make sure you keep the white bottom section of the immigration form as you will need it to depart the country!

For your transfer from Unico to the Cancun airport, you must check out from the hotel and meet the Amstar rep in the main lobby. At check out, you will be provided with a hotel checkout card, which you will need to provide to the bellman in order to depart the hotel.

 

 

[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  All updates and changes will be communicated to you through email in a timely manner.  This means you should be using the hotel wi-fi once a day to check for any updates or special events added.

2.  The website and the Travefy app will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.  We highly recommend downloading the Travefy and Unico 2087 apps to make the trip the best possible experience.
