Travel day to Farmington, PA for all attendees - *** Check-in time is 4pm, early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.    The drive from Collegeville is expected to take approximately 4.5 hours.

6:00-7:00pm:  Please join us at the Lobby bar at The Chateau for a welcome toast to officially kick off the President's Club trip!

  • There is so much to do at Nemacolin its hard to choose the best option for today, Spa, Golf, Flying Fishing, or Shooting Sporting Clays.

You will choose one activity during the registration process.  Each activity details of where to meet and when will be emailed to you 2 weeks before the trip.

Departure Day.

Breakfast on your own.  Feel free to depart any time today, just make sure you remember to check out by 11am.

  • Check out is 11am, please make sure you check-out and pay the outstanding balance on your account.  SS will be covering all room charges, $500 of resort credit, and 1 activity.  All additional charges should not be expensed and covered by the individual. 
  • You will be receiving $500 of resort credit on your room to help defray the cost of food and beverage over the 3 nights.
