Travel day to Playa Mujeres (please use the Cancun airport CUN for flight booking)
*** Check-in time is 4:00pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.
Upon arrival in Cancun, please completely exit the airport and you will find a Amstar representative holding a SS Industries sign for your transfer to the hotel. Do not stop at the counters inside as they are for timeshare sales. You want to completely exit the airport. Please see your Travefy individual itinerary for full details on pickup. The company providing transfers is Amstar.
- You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.
Afternoon free to relax and unwind at the resort!
6:00pm - 7:00pm - Welcome Cocktail Hour. Please join us on the Elite Terrace for a welcome cocktail hour to kickoff the trip! Light appetizers and drinks will be served.

Departure day leaving Cancun.
Please check your Travefy individual itinerary for your departure times. These will be group departures so we ask for all guests to be on time.
Check out is 11am. Please make sure you check-out and pay any outstanding balance on your account. SS Industries will be covering all room charges and the one chosen activity for you and your guest. All additional charges should be covered by the individual and should not be expensed. You will be provided a white check-out card and you MUST keep that to provide the bellman in order to leave the property.
Keep in mind the all-inclusive package covers single drinks, it does not cover bottles ordered.
