All RSVP's must be received by January 19th! Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot on the March trip.
We ask that you please do not book any flights on your own as Executive Group Travel will be handling all flight booking.
After you complete the registration, a representative from EGT will contact you withing 48-72 hours with flight options for you and your guest to review.
We have limited amount of pre/post extensions, please email Info@executivegrouptravel.com with extension requests. SS has negotiated a discounted room rate and if available you will be able to secure that for the extension.
Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled nights will be billed back to you through payroll.
This is a casual trip, shorts/bathing suits and sandals will be worn for most of the event! Long pants are not required at any of the restaurants with the exception of Petit Pariz which requested Resort Formal attire while dining.
The average temperature in Jamaica for March is 83° Fahrenheit (26°C) .
Given the resort is all-inclusive, we ask that you only expense airport transfers (home to airport round-trip) for this event!
All attendees arriving and departing on group dates are provided prearranged group transportation by SS Industries to and from the airport via a trusted transportation partner of the resort.
If you plan to extend your trip and arrive prior to March 7th or depart after March 10th, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the transportation to or from the airport.
There will be two options.
1. Download the Trip Plans app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to flight details to airport transfer information!
2. The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
