Travel day to Montego Bay, Jamaica
*** Check-in time is 3:00pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed. Please note that a hold will be placed on your credit card for incidentals at the time of check-in. The unused amount will be released back to your credit card within 7 days of checking out!
Upon arrival in Jamaica, please completely exit the airport and you will find your arranged transportation holding a SS Industries sign for your transfer to the hotel. Please see your Travefy individual itinerary for full details on pickup.
- You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.
Afternoon free to relax and unwind at the resort!
6:00pm - 7:00pm - Welcome Cocktail Hour. Please join us on the Ocean Gazebo for a welcome cocktail hour to kickoff the trip! Light appetizers and drinks will be served.
Dinner: At Leisure - Here is a link, Dining Options, to the restaurant options on property. Please note that if you plan on dining at Petite Pariz, resort formal attire is required (think linen shirt and slacks for men and sundresses for women). All other restaurants request smart casual attire!
A reminder that wine by the bottle, sake and imported beer available at specialty outlets (for example, Japanese beer) are NOT INCLUDED in your all-inclusive package.

Breakfast on your own and is offered daily at Urban Heat from 7:00-11:00am, Choice Z (buffet style) from 7:00-11:00am, and the Blue Grill from 7:00-10:00am. For those looking for a grab and go style breakfast, Aromaz and GrindZ Coffee House both open at 6:00am offering coffee, smoothies, pastries, and sandwiches.

18 Holes of Golf - Enjoy a round of golf at Cinnamon Hill Golf Club including club rentals. Course is located 10 minutes from the hotel. Exact tee times to follow.
Spa Treatment - Put yourself in the skillful hands of our Zen Spa professionals and reach new levels of relaxation. From massage therapies and facials to high-tech treatments and beauty services, Zen Spa provides the ultimate experience in relaxation. Please check your personalized itinerary for your spa time. We recommending arriving one hour prior to your appointment. This will allow you time to check in, prepare for your service, and enjoy the steam room, sauna and relaxation areas prior to your treatment.
A reminder that Resort Credit can be selected in lieu of an activity during the registration process for those looking for some additional spending money throughout the trip. You will be provided $150 additional on your room account to spend an additional activity offered at the Hyatt Zilara, or any purchases not included in the all-inclusive package or additional night stays.

Relax in one of the sparkling pools or on the breathtaking white sand Caribbean beach, or check out all the resort has to offer for activities (included and for additional cost) here. In addition, guests can also visit the activities pool at Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall (located next door) for pool volleyball and other recreational activities.
6:30pm - 8:30pm - Please join us for our Club Celebration Dinner tonight for dinner, drinks, dun, and some more deserved recognition for a great 2023. More details to follow!

Departure day leaving Jamaica.
Please check your Travefy individual itinerary for your departure times. These will be group departures so we ask for all guests to be on time.
Check out is 11am. Please make sure you check-out and pay any outstanding balance on your account. SS Industries will be covering all room charges and the one chosen activity for you and your guest. All additional charges should be covered by the individual and should not be expensed.
Keep in mind the all-inclusive package covers single drinks, it does not cover bottles ordered.
